Answers to common questions about Machi Photo Bin.
When do I pay?
Pay at the convenience-store multi-copy machine when you print. Uploading a photo is free.
Data charges may apply depending on your mobile plan.
How are uploaded photos handled?
Photos are stored only during the purchase period, up to 7 days, and are then deleted automatically.
They are not used for any other purpose.
What devices can I use?
You can use a PC, smartphone, iPhone, iPad, or tablet connected to the internet.
Feature phones are not supported.
Can I get a receipt?
You can issue a receipt from the multi-copy machine after printing.
Can I print extra copies?
You can choose the number of prints at the machine.
Within 7 days, the same QR code or print reservation number can be used again.
Can I use photo studio or digital camera data?
Yes. Upload the photo data from your PC or smartphone.
Can I use it for passport photos?
Passport applications may reject some photos, so we do not recommend using this service for passports.
Can I return a print?
If there is a clear printing problem caused by the multi-copy machine, please contact the store where you printed.
I did not receive the email.
For free email services, check the spam or junk folder.
For mobile carrier email, allow email from PCs or external domains.
Can I use it for driver licenses or My Number cards?
Many customers use it for these purposes, but photos may rarely be rejected if clarity or quality does not meet the required standard.
Do receipts support qualified invoice requirements?
Support differs by convenience-store chain. Lawson receipts currently do not include the registration number.
